MCA Policy:
1. You must be 18. (No exceptions)

2. You must live in either the US or Canada.

3. You must pay for your membership with an active credit card or bank card. No pre-paid cards accepted.

    *Your initial payment will be $39.90 for your first and last months membership fee.

    *Each month you will be charged your $20.00 membership fee, on the same day of the month that you initially signed up for services.
